Whether you're here for a short stay or to explore Dallas, this area ensures comfort and easy access to nearby amenities. It’s ideal for guests who enjoy a relaxing environment with quick access to the city’s attractions.

The neighborhood is located in DeSoto, a city in Dallas County (south). Some of the most remarkable attractions here are:

- Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark



Other Things to Note:

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.



- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.



- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.



- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.



- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.



- Pool:The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate. Please note that the pool is not heated . Since the pool is outdoors, it is possible for leaves or natural debris to accumulate between service visits, despite regular maintenance, Pool and kiddie pool are not heated.



- Landscaping: Is done once a week.



- Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. *You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified*.



- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
