Welcome to your stylish home away from home in the heart of Downtown Dallas! Backed by 10 years of trusted hosting, this modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the 9th floor offers stunning skyline and pool views. The space features an industrial-chic design with exposed brick walls and unique ceiling fixtures for a distinct urban vibe.



Start your day with a complimentary breakfast and coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon by Guest356. All guests enjoy one free breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or two Breakfast Tacos) and a 12 oz coffee each morning. This offer is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Please note: The second bedroom is a semi-private area within the living room, sectioned off with curtains for privacy.



Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to the entire apartment and full access to the building’s shared amenities during their operating hours. Please note that amenity schedules may change or be temporarily paused for maintenance.



• Swimming Pool: Open daily from 10:00 AM–10:00 PM. Closed Mondays for routine maintenance.



• Indoor Gym: The 24/7 fitness center is located on the 1st level near the leasing office.



• Game, Art & Music Rooms: Open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.



• Cinema Room: Enjoy a movie in the private cinema, open Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Please bring your own DVDs.

• Pre-Check-In: Complete the pre-check-in form to receive your access codes and digital guest app. A $200 refundable security hold will be placed on your card before arrival and released within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.



• Check-In & Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.



• Extra Items: A Pack ’n Play or one air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress is available for $35/night.



• Quiet Hours: Amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.



• Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage. Oversized commercial vehicles 15,000+ lbs are not permitted unless actively loading or unloading.



• Parking: 1 off-street parking space is included. Additional parking may be requested.



• Please Note: Furniture and décor may vary slightly from the photos. Building amenities, including the pool and gym, may occasionally close for maintenance or other reasons. Refunds are not provided for planned or unplanned amenity closures.
