Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your stunning vacation home! The grand brick exterior and manicured landscaping will be a great sight after your travels. Inside, the beautiful entryway welcomes you into a bright and spacious area with great flow throughout. The style is a mix of modern and luxe reflected through the interior design, furniture, décor, and finishes, and accented with eclectic wall art.



Cozy up by the fireplace in the spacious living room furnished with comfy couches and chairs and accessorized with amazing décor. This will be the ideal spot to gather as a group, kick back, watch TV, and make plans for your trip. It also opens to the kitchen, so the whole group can still be together while you prepare and eat meals. Speaking of meals, the huge kitchen will be a delight to cook in! It offers lots of countertop space and storage, built-in appliances, and comes fully equipped with everything you might need. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar at the counter or the breakfast area looking out to the beautiful backyard. Or you can eat as a larger group in the stunning formal dining room, featuring a wet bar.



Let’s check out the 5 spacious and airy bedrooms. They offer enough room for your whole group to comfortably spread out. Furnished with beautiful beds and furniture and immaculately accessorized, you’ll get a great night’s sleep on the cozy linens. You’ll also have access to 2.5 clean and modern bathrooms. The master suite has separate vanities, a relaxing soaking tub, and standing shower.



We definitely can’t forget about your very own mini resort in the backyard! With stunning landscaping, the backyard is a relaxing paradise that you’re sure to spend a lot of time in. There is plenty of patio space for relaxing and lounging, a pergola to get some shade, and a large grassy area for the kids to run around on. The Neighborhood:

Situated in a quiet neighborhood of Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing up-scale community, located near Lake Ray Hubbard (13 mins away). There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and 30 to downtown Dallas.



You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. You also can’t miss AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026! [50 min drive]



Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 11 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 6 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 15 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. Just 10 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 15 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options.

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest.



★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★



No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★



We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
