The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Situated on a corner lot, the grand brick exterior set behind a sprawling front lawn welcomes you. You’ll be able to park your cars in the 3 car garage away from the sun. As you step inside, you’ll be in awe of the expansive interior filled with many upgrades. There is tons of space, great flow from room to room, and lots of large windows, all combining to lend a bright and airy atmosphere.



You’ll have not one but two huge living areas with comfy furniture to relax on by the fireplaces. You can gather in either of these spaces as a group to enjoy some quality time together. On top of the two living rooms, you’ll even have a game room with a pool table and fun seating.



You’ll love spending time in this gourmet kitchen whether you’re preparing a fresh meal or just unpacking your delicious local takeout. The space is very open with an island, lots of counterspace, and built-in appliances. You’ll also have a separate wet bar with a built-in wine fridge. To enjoy your meals, there is a beautiful dining room at the front of the home with a long table everyone can sit around. Or you can also eat in the breakfast area right beside the kitchen or at the barstools by the counter. And let's not forget about the stand-alone office where you can slip away, shut the door and get some work done using the in-home Wifi! This room has an adjustable height desk, two monitors, a station for laptop and a printer.



With 5 bedrooms, your whole group will have enough space to comfortably spread out. In addition to the master bedroom, there is a second king bedroom, also with its own en-suite bath. The bathrooms are up to date and hotel quality with beautiful finishes. There are 4.5 of them in the house so no one will have to fight over bathroom time. The master bath has a double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Plus, you can even do your laundry if you run out of clothes or need to wash your pool clothing in the fully equipped laundry room.



As if this home wasn’t amazing enough, you’ll also adore the mini resort you have in the backyard! It features a covered patio area with an outdoor dining set, as well as an outdoor living center with built-in grill, seating, and a fridge all under a beautiful pergola. The Neighborhood:

Your vacation home is located in the Spring Park Meadows neighborhood of Richardson, Texas, home to the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. Richardson is known for being culturally diverse, so you’ll be near multiple restaurants to satisfy your cravings for different types of cuisine, such as Tex-Mex, tacos, burgers, barbecue, sushi, Mediterranean, seafood, and Chinese. You’ll have several stores nearby to buy essentials and groceries, like Target, which is only 8 minutes away. You will also be very close (only 6 minutes) to City line DFW with dining and entertainment, concerts and events, parks and trails, Whole Foods and Starbucks. You will have easy access to two major highways (75 and PGBT). And you’ll be conveniently close to DFW airport, Dallas Love Field airport and exciting downtown Dallas — all just about 25 minutes away! If you are a sports fan, you can't miss checking out AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026 and one of the most magnificent football stadiums [40 min drive]



Getting Around:

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ BUNK BEDS ★



* We have two bunk beds in our home. They each have one twin-sized bed on top and one full-sized bed on bottom.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 238 issued by the City of Richardson.







★ PARKING ★



Enjoy the convenience of up to six parking spots in our garage and driveway. Kindly be aware that street parking is not permitted in our neighborhood, as outlined in our Short Term Rental Permit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.







★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
