We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If youâve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with usâweâre happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
â FIREPLACE NOTE â
Our outdoor fireplace is wood burning. For safety reasons we do not provide wood and we ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Our indoor fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk.
