**SMOKING CIGARETTES AND VAPING IS ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE AROUND BAR AREAS AS LONG AS THEY ARE DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. EX. IN ASHTRAYS LOCATED ON OR BEHIND BAR AREAS, OR IN A CLOSED CONTAINER AND THROWN AWAY.
**WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY TO OCCUR ON THE PREMISES. IF WE DO FIND OUT THIS IS OCCURING DURING YOUR RESERVATION, YOUR RESERVATION WILL END AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED ANY $$ AMOUNT

**WE ASK FOR NO GLASSES OR BOTTLES OF ANY KIND TO BE TAKEN OUTSIDE . WE PROVIDE PLASTIC CUPS FOR AROUND THE POOL.

6. TRASH DAY - WEDENSDAY
7. TRASH PLACEMENT ON CURB: AFTER 7PM THE EVENING PRIOR TO PICK UP DAY
8. PARKING IS RESTRICTED TO DRIVEWAY ONLY. THE CITY DOES ENFORCE TOWING DURING EVENTS. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED, IT WILL BE AT OWNERS EXPENSE.
