Enjoy the nice country setting sitting around a fire in the pine trees just 1.5 miles from Holiday World. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the comforts of home and watch the wildlife in the yard. Plenty of space for the kids to play.
Close to Holiday World, Candy Castle, Christmas Store, Museum, Santa`s Toys, DG, grocery, restaurants, walking/bike trails.


Great space for a nice peaceful getaway. While it doesn`t have a traditional oven/stove top, it does have a toaster oven, microwave, and outdoor grilling area. Enjoy the firepit and outdoor dining area and peace in the country setting with plenty of room for kids to run and play in the yard.

We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide a starter pack on shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, single serve coffee, creamer, ketchup and mustard for your convenience.

Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.

Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
