Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly, and well-behaved animals that do not cause noise disturbances are welcome. To maintain a clean and peaceful environment for all guests, please follow these rules:

- No Furniture Access – Pets are not allowed on sofas or beds.
- Clean Up After Your Pet – Guests are responsible for their pet’s hygiene.
- Leash Required – Animals must be kept on a leash at all times while walking in the residence.
- No Unsupervised Pets – Please do not leave your pet alone in the apartment.
- Damage Policy – Any damages caused by pets will result in a $100 penalty.

Other Important Information:
- Electricity Usage – Not included in the booking fee; guests only pay for what they use. We provide meter readings for full transparency.
- If you wish to use only one bedroom, you can request so we can lower the price.
- Smoking Policy – Allowed only in designated outdoor smoking areas with ashtrays. A $150 penalty applies for violations
