Wine Country Cabin nestled in the the Georgia Mountains of Dahlonega

This unique property is a two story, two bedroom custom cedar wood cabin nestled in a canopy outside of Dahlonega, Georgia. Dahlonega, best known for it's gold rush is the first mountain town North of Atlanta. Our cabin is centrally located to all Dahlonega wineries. The cabin is eight minutes from the town square where guests can shop, dine, listen to live music and mine for gold, The area is known for it's charm, Blue Ridge Mountains, trout fishing, wineries/vineyards and above all incredible hiking!!! We are 20/25 minutes from Helen a charming Bavarian town that offers hiking, tubing and lots activites for the kids. The cabin is equiped with wifi and direct tv, central heat/ac, bbq area, outdoor fire pit and a large wrap around deck to enjoy the soothing sounds of the creek running along the backside of the cabin. At the cabin you will be sure to see all kinds of wildlife from the balcony especially our visiting, spotted hawk, family of deer and wild turkey. We have a fully equiped kitchen and an updated master bathroom for your enjoyment. You will be sure to leave all the stress of the city and your daily life behind and fall into complete serenity with this magical place.

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities. The kids had a wonderful time platoon by the stream and we saw quite a few deer from the porch. It was a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas.

Fantastic Trip

This is our second trip to this property. Our family loves the huge porch and creek. It is such a peaceful, relaxing experience. Michelle is a wonderful host. Her communication is top notch. We are already looking forward to our return next year.

Christmas trip

Overall the cabin was great. Porch was awesome. Within 40 minutes of Helen, Cleveland, and Dahlonega.Only thing for us, that we wish we would’ve known, was that the master bedroom was upstairs but that was on us for not checking.If we go into this area at Christmas again, would definitely try to stay here again.

Relaxing

Beautiful woodland view with a babbling creek, hawks, deer and turkey sightings. It was just husband & I but cabin easily sleeps 6. Enjoyed the fire pit and fire place. Check out the wineries, gold mines, Shenanigans Irish Pub, downtown Dahlonega.

Comfortable and Peaceful Cabin

We were attending a wedding and needed a place for 2 nights near Dahlonega. This cabin was perfect because it was close to the event venue and offered us the opportunity to explore the town a little bit too. We found it to be clean, comfortable and located in a quiet and peaceful rural area.

Cozy by gas fireplace in living room. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Best of all trees and wildlife viewed from deck !! And only 15 minutes from downtown Dahlonega !!!

Wonderful place, Excellent host

What a beautiful place! We loved sitting on the porch listening to the creek and watching the deer. The surrounding woods were beautiful. Really appreciate Michelle's quick reply to my question about the fireplace. (I am a Miami girl--I don't know much about using those fireplaces) She even sent me a video tutorial within minutes of me texting her a question. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything we could need. Check in was very easy. A wonderful home. Thank you for sharing this with us. Can not wait to return.

Quiet, Peaceful Rustic Cabin

Close to Dahlonega, but such a private, natural setting! Loved the view of undeveloped woods, creek, birds singing in the tall-tall trees, hawks squawking. Spotted a deer one morning. Cabin is stocked with necessities. Master bed is comfortable. A/C excellent and water pressure was great. Rustic cabin with real cedar and stone inside. Would return!

Our stay was enjoyable, everything we needed was there. Lack of cable news was frustrating, but we made good use of Nexflix. Morning coffee on back deck was our favorite together time of the trip. Would consider staying again.
