Four bedrooms boast 2 king-sized beds and 4 sets of twin over full-sized bunk beds. Perfect for 2 families to enjoy quality time together at the lake. An open concept living area makes a great way to entertain, relax and just be together with your friends or family.

Walk outside to the incredible view of Lake Martin from the open-air back porch that is adorned with comfortable seating for lounging as well as a dining area.

Make your way off the back deck to a grassy area between the house the waterfront. Perfect for throwing a football, playing corn hole or just letting the kids run around! Off to the side is a private beach area with chairs that make for the best place to watch others playing in the water.

The property also comes with a private boat ramp. As an extension of the driveway, you can back your boat into the water and secure it to the dock right on the waterfront of the property. Please note the boat lift is not available to guests.

For an additional cost, guests can obtain access to the activities shed with life jackets, kayaks, floats, coolers, and more.

For your security and the security of the property, video cameras are located on the front and back of the property. Each camera is audio capable as well.

A digital lock allows non-contact, easy access for all guests.

Please note that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE for any parties, extra guests (beyond the reserved amount) and broken house rules. The property is NO SMOKING. You will be assessed a $500 fee for smoking inside. Our properties are closely monitored for the safety of our guests, neighbors, and community.
