Villa Calliope is a stately home with Mediterranean charm, in Cutrofiano, a few kilometers from the beaches of Gallipoli, Baia Verde and Punta Pizzo.
The splendid villa with swimming pool and large equipped outdoor spaces allows you to enjoy vacations in Salento under the banner of fun and conviviality.
The garden, in addition to the pool and solarium around it, also has a barbecue area with wood-burning oven and outdoor kitchen, shaded relaxation area with table tennis, lawn and parking.
There are also all modern amenities: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, heaters, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, electric oven, dishwasher etc.

With its architecture with Mediterranean lines and the use of typical materials of rural Salento construction, Villa Calliope offers an authentic atmosphere where you can spend relaxing days, recharging yourself thanks to the unique light and good air of Salento.
In the large garden the hours flow happily between a swim in the pool, sunbathing between rocking hammock and sunbeds, and a game of ping pong, in the shade of a gazebo equipped as a relaxation area.
You can also dine al fresco, next to the outdoor cooking area equipped with a kitchen and wood-burning oven.
The interiors of Villa Calliope consist of bright rooms, with excellent finishes and quality furnishings, under important star and barrel vaults, all in exposed local stone.
A cozy open entrance space is furnished with dining room, 1 double sofa bed and fireplace. Behind the fireplace is the kitchenette, well disengaged.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. There are a total of 4 bathrooms, 2 with shower and one with bathtub, plus a bathroom serving the pool.
The dwelling is accessible by automatic gate and is equipped with video surveillance system.

Villa Calliope rises in the countryside of Cutrofiano, a pretty and industrious town located in the heart of Salento, in a strategic position to reach every corner of the Heel of Italy with convenience and in a short time.
The villa is very close to the traffic circle for Casarano and Collepasso. Gallipoli is about 20 minutes away by car, so you can reach the wonderful beaches of Baia Verde and Lido Pizzo.
On the other side, very close is also Otranto, with its beautiful historic center, charming coves such as Porto Badisco, monumental cliffs, and the long golden sandy beaches of Laghi Alimini and Frassanito.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).                                          
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from June to September. 
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fourth bathroom is a service bathroom.
- There is a video surveillance system.
