The village itself is an entire box of chocolates. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and yet a short five-minute drive to the bustling historic town of Cupar. This cottage oozes charm and is warm and welcoming. Perfect for couples looking to getaway or a small group of family and friends looking for peace and relaxation.

The welcoming living room has an electric wood burner effect and is the perfect place to sit with a book on an evening after a day of exploring the many activities found very close by. There is a spacious modern bathroom with a large spa bath and walk-in shower. The kitchen is bright and spacious with plenty of room for dining. Head upstairs and admire the beautiful original oak beamed ceilings where you will find two bedrooms. Choose between the double or the twin room. To the side the property, relax in the private garden area where you can enjoy those long summer evenings and lite up the BBQ. There is a storage for bikes and golf clubs should you fancy cycling around the area or playing on one of the most famous golf courses in the world.

St Andrews is just 30-minute drive away, along with Dundee, Perth and some of the most picturesque fishing villages dotted along the East Neuk Coast. Edinburgh can be reached in 65 minutes or jump on the train from Ladybank and be there in half the time. Beach 14 miles.
