This property is DIRTY. I spent over an hour cleaning because I could not find another available space for us to stay. There was food and other debris under all of the living room furniture and the dining table. The house smelled. There were very few pillow cases and towels. The bathroom walls were splattered with toothpaste, the walls and door facings were dirty. The toilet seats were awful and need to be replaced. The yard is bunch of overgrown weeds; the lawn chairs are filthy. There is no vacuum in the house. I bought cleaning supplies to make it acceptable enough to stay there as we had no other viable option. I wrote the owner immediately but he didnât bother to respond until a week later. To protect myself, I took before and after pictures of the house. We are positive this house was not cleaned at all after people stayed here. We washed all of the bedding just to make sure we slept on clean sheets. The house was in a perfect location for us but I would NEVER rent from this person again.
