- Fencing: The property is fully fenced on rear side. Front garden is unfenced.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area and bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 3: Bunk is a single loft over the queen bed.
- The carport/garage is not accessible to our guests.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
