Located on Crystal River with a magnificent view over the river

This recently finished rental house is built on stilts, directly on the Crystal River in River Cove Landings, a gated community in Crystal River. From the public boat ramp next to the community or the floating docks in the community, our guests have direct access to Crystal River river that leads to the Gulf of Mexico.
This vacation home has 2 stories, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the main floor. The 2 other bedrooms, bathroom and laundry area are upstairs and accessible via a spiral staircase. The house has a bright, light feel; the light, well-appointed kitchen has top of the line appliances, granite counter top, soft-closing drawers and cabinet doors and plenty of counter space. There is an island with 2 bar stools in the kitchen. The living room is open to the porch overlooking the river. Hurricane proof doors and windows throughout the house. A wonderful eclectic set of furniture makes you feel right at the beach. It's airy and beachy feel is very comforting and calls for a relaxed stay. Everything is newer and well-stocked.
BBQ available. Community pool is heated. There are tennis court and a bocce ball court.

TV/Cable/Wifi available. TV in living room and master bedroom. Streaming on your own devices via Wifi. We ask our guests to clean the BBQ after use and replenish the tank.

FLOATING DOCK with slips in the subdivision. Launch your boat at the public boat ramp next to the community and drive your boat to the slip(s). Your TRAILER can be parked underneath the house as well as your car(s). Please note that the river can be very busy, especially during the scallop season. The water can be choppy and rip current can happen. Please, if you bring a boat, bring extra cords and rope to secure the boat.

Being on the water and part the "Old Florida" lifestyle is an unique experience; enjoy the magnificient view over the river from your screened-in porch, go for a swim at the community pool, take your boat, kayak, kano or other watercraft(s) or visit the quaint but enchanting towns like Crystal River and Homosassa Springs within 5-15 driving distance.

For the golf lovers there are several golf courses in the area, such as Plantation Golf and Crystal River Golf course. You can enjoy a late afternoon on the river at Crackers, Charlie's Fishhouse, the Plantation Inn, and other great hang-out places in Homosassa with live music in the weekends. Or to the Fort Island Beach, where they perform "Drum Circle sessions in the evenings on every second Sunday evening of the month, starting two hourse before sunset. Drive to the Freezer in Homosassa, eat & peel shrimp, a very well-known establishment for fresh gulf shrimp, steaks and fish tours, kayak, pontoon ride, swim with the manatees, it is all happening here in Citrus County!

There is an area at the boat slips/dock where our guests can park their boats.

- Trash to be taken to the front gate - trash & cycle
- NO WAKE ZONE - due to the Citrus County and FWC rules, there is a NO-WAKE zone. Your boat needs to be secured well at the slips. Please bring additional rope.
