🏖️This property is a hidden gem and a fun place to bring your family. We've decorated the home in a "camp-style" theme that will sure to be a hit with everyone.
*This home is one side of a duplex with complete privacy and fenced-in backyard. One shared space is right at the seawall to access the kayak ramp and launch.
*It is completely renovated with brand new kitchen, bath, windows, flooring, deck and even the seawall! We have TWO KING BEDS, a floor mattress and futon.

🔵BOATING DISCLAIMER
The BOAT SLIP for this property is located on our vacant lot next door. Pontoons and flat bottom boats are best for our canal. There are two paths out to Kings Bay, one with a small bridge that tends to be deeper and one that has no bridge if you have a tall vessel. Tides high and lows need to be watched. Always go slow and watch for obstacles. We can accept boats up to 24'. Trailer parking is on the vacant lot next door.
All guests who bring or rent boats are solely responsible for the navigation, operation, and safety of their vessels. The property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred while using boats. Guests must comply with all local boating laws and regulations. Any damages caused by boats to the property or third parties are the sole responsibility of the guest.


🐶ATTENTION PET OWNERS
If you would like to bring your furry friends(s) please inquire with host before booking. We would like to know weight and breed of dog. We do have a $125 pet fee, please include in your booking.
Pet rules are as follows: Do not allow your pet to sleep in our human beds. It is impossible to get pet hair out of the sheets. Do not allow your pet to wander into your neighbor's yard. Our backyard is fenced in on each side but open at the seawall. Pick up after your pet in the yard. What an unpleasant experience for the next guest to step in some poopy from your pet. Thank you!!

Guests will have access to whole 2/1 home which includes eat in kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, backyard including private boat slip and seawall. Back yard is fenced in on both sides with complete privacy, but open at seawall.

Safety
There is one step up to get into the house, a big "step-up" into the tub and big "step-down" out of the tub (a grab bar to assist but not to bear full weight is in place), and a step down off of the deck.
Please be mindful of the seawall. At low tide it can be a 6' or more drop off. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES IN THE BACKYARD.

PESTS
If you are visiting from out of state, Florida has pests!! Our property gets sprayed quarterly inside and out and is frequently checked for our pesky pests, but we cannot guarantee you will not encounter something inside the house. It is best to keep doors and windows closed when not in use.

Cameras
We use 2 motion activated video cameras on the outside of the house. One is in the back pointing out towards the yard and the other is near the front door pointing out towards the street. Our main reasons for this is to ensure safety of our guests and be aware of any illegal activity. It also allows us to be aware that all house services such as garbage and lawn are being maintained properly.
