During the summer months, the courtyard is a little sun-trap, crying out for a morning coffee and croissant, while the separate garden located a few steps across a right of way can accommodate alfresco dining and is fully-enclosed and secure enough for both children and dogs to play safely while the barbecue sizzles and the wine chills.
