Known for its tranquil beauty, St Fillans is a haven for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. The village boasts great amenities including a well-stocked shop, array of eateries and a range of attractions, including the serene Loch Earn, perfect for boating, fishing, and water sports. Surrounding Munros provide excellent opportunities for hiking, with trails offering breath-taking views of the loch and countryside. St Fillans is also home to the scenic Glen Tarken Walk, a popular route for those who enjoy a peaceful stroll through nature. The village's golf course, established in 1903, offers a charming nine-hole challenge amidst spectacular landscapes, or explore the remnants of Dundurn Hillfort, an ancient Pictish site that adds a touch of historical intrigue to the area.
