Mornings are easy here - a calm start at the dining table, coffee brewing in the kitchen, and a dedicated workspace ready when it’s time to log on. Whether you’re in town for a change of scenery or a longer stay, this home is set up to feel simple, comfortable, and lived-in.



The home

This entire home in Creston, Ohio is thoughtfully arranged for both downtime and productivity, with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and multiple living spaces to spread out. The main living area offers a cozy place to unwind, while the finished basement adds a second lounge space that’s ideal for movie nights or a quiet break from the day.



A private entrance makes arrivals smooth, and free parking on premises keeps everything convenient from the moment you pull in.



Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms feature Queen beds with quality linens, along with room-darkening shades to help you rest well. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort, whether you’re staying for a quick weekend or settling in for a longer work trip.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with the space and tools you need to prepare meals at home. You’ll have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining table for sit-down meals. A coffee maker is available to keep your mornings easy, and the kitchen setup makes longer stays especially convenient.



Workspace & connectivity

For remote work and focused downtime, the home includes Wifi and a dedicated workspace. Whether you're taking calls, catching up on emails, or working a full schedule during your stay, the setup supports a comfortable routine.



Laundry & essentials

No Illegal Downloads: To comply with our provider’s policies, downloading or streaming from pirated/illegal sources is strictly prohibited.



Important Note: The use of jailbroken devices or unauthorized services is not permitted. Per our house rules, any activity resulting in an infringement notice will incur a $250 fine.

đŸš«ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



đŸš«Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



đŸ€« Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💾 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



đŸš« Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



đŸ‘«We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



đŸ”„ Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
