Serene Treetop Getaway- Cozy & Modern Tri-level Mountain Cabin

Forget the hectic life & relax in this nicely designed retreat only a few minutes away from Lake Arrowhead & Big Bear in the So. CA Mountains. This cozy tri-level cabin offers a deck on each floor to connect with nature. Only 5 mins away from Lake Gregory, restaurants & shopping. This modern cabin seats on a .25 acre lot tucked around large trees filled with birds and playful squirrels. The cabin has been newly renovated with accommodating features & details to give you a 5-star experience.

The space:

The 1st LEVEL

Features: the best views from the rear deck, where you may also grill, entertain, bird & squirrel watch in mornings and stargaze at night. As soon as you walk in, you will be greeted with a welcoming sign & goodies for your guests. A cozy and inviting living room decorated by a warm fireplace & a large 55" smart tv to watch your favorite programs while seating on a comfy goose feather pillow top sofa with comfy pillows and provided clean blankets. The cabin has unique touches of modern design, layout and rare pieces collected to decorate the ambiance. Enjoy and cozy up with the fireplace with provided and fume free Duraflame Logs.
The Kitchen: Newly renovated kitchen, fully stocked with all the cooking, appliances and serving essentials needed to prepare your gourmet meals. A Nespresso coffee maker, waffle maker, coffee drip maker, 4 slot toaster, reverse osmosis filtered water, dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, baking sheets, wine opener and shatter-free glasses are all available. We provide Teavana, Nespresso coffee pods, half&half, milk chocolate packets to also keep you warm. Cabinets are self closing with some pull out shelve features to make it easy to grab items from the pantry. Salt & some spices are also available. The dining table accommodates 8, 2 barstools on kitchen breakfast bar & the swing-up counter seats an additional 4.

Open the sliding door to the top rear deck & experience how nature adorns the outdoors with pleasant bird sounds, playful squirrels & views of the whispering clouds caressing the mountain top rolling through the evergreen trees. The natural gas grill is available with all utensils & a griddle top as an outdoor cooking option. Table with 4 chairs and an umbrella during summers, so you may enjoy some fun in the sun.

First floor full bathroom features: single sink vanity, shower with bathtub, fully stocked with clean towels, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, nicely scented hand wash soap and toilet paper.

First floor also has a side entrance from parking deck. Several windows, skylights, remote operated window covers for night privacy, and several coat hangers.

The 2nd LEVEL

Features: 3 of the 4 comfy and spacious bedrooms and every formal bed has a cozy goose feather comforter, 4 comfy pillows and mattresses with pillow tops to make your sleeping experience extra pleasant. All are stocked with extra blankets in the closet and an Italian comfy (springless and noise-free) rollaway twin-size bed with pillows and clean covers. Dresser or nightstands for your extra storage items. Spacious closets in every bedroom.

The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, a work dedicated desk with lamp and window light, smart TV, large closet with an emergency preparedness kit and LED flashlight, ironing board and steam iron. Master also has access to 2nd floor bathroom and rear 2nd floor deck. The deck overlooks the evergreen trees and you may enjoy seating on the Adirondack resting chairs while sipping the perfect cup of coffee.

2nd Floor Full Bathroom features: double sink vanity (courtesy make up-wipe removers), a shower head with a waterfall experience to relax, fully stocked with clean towels, blow dryer, first aid kit, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, nicely scented hand wash soap and toilet paper.

The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed, a sliding door that connects to the 2nd level deck and has a window, mirror, dresser, 2 night stands and soft LED lighting. Large closet with luggage rack. It is also decorated with minimalist decor gathered from traveling.

The 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed, large window with privacy curtains, mirror, dresser, large closet with luggage rack, 2 night stands, and soft LED lighting. It is also decorated with special minimalist decor gathered in our travels.

The 3rd LEVEL

The 4th bedroom, bonus room, laundry room/ full size bathroom, rear deck. Utility storage for cleaning crew and Heating/Water heater room for owner access.

4th Bedroom features: Queen size bed with large window, privacy curtain, 10' ceilings, night stand, walk-in closet with ironing board, steam iron, roll-away twin size bed, with extra blankets, pillows and sofa bed blankets and pillows.

Bonus/Game or Entertainment Room features: Large L-shape sofa bed, large 65" Smart UHD TV with Surround sound for your favorite TV movies/shows, coffee table, high chair table to play your favorite board games, cards or a game of chess, enjoy drink or just chat. Wet bar with mini fridge and sink with large window overlooking the trees from the lower level. Sliding door with deck access and seating area.

3rd floor full size bathroom with single sink vanity, nicely scented hand soap, fully stocked with clean towels, blow dryer, generous supply of toilet paper.

Laundry room: Located in same room as 3rd floor bathroom has newer front load washer and gas dryer with some provided Tide Pods.

We are a pet-friendly property and allow 1 dog to accompany you. We charge a flat fee of $30 per stay. NO MORE THAN 1 PET ALLOWED. Failure to follow house rules will result in you being asked to remove your PET. We also ask you that if your dog is in shedding season, please be conscious of people with allergic reactions and either clean after your pet or keep them in an area where they will not be on the Sofas or Beds and affect our future guests. Failure to follow these rules, will result in us changing our policy to not allow pets in the future and we love pets and want to continue offering this experience with your fur babies.
