The Space:

This remodeled 2BD/2BA Evergreen condo is just a three minute walk to the lifts and one block to the free shuttle bus to the town of Crested Butte. You can easily walk to coffee shops, retail stores and restaurants at the base of Crested Butte Mountain resort. You'll be able to ski, hike or bike all morning, come back for lunch and easily head back out for more laps. After an epic day on the slopes, return for a soak in the outdoor hot tub under the stars. Base out of this top floor, updated condo for your next Crested Butte adventure. It comfortably sleeps 6 with a king suite, queen room and new sleeper sofa. A ski locker is available to store your gear right down the hall. Common coin operated laundry facilities are available on the same floor. You do have to climb two flights of stairs to access the unit. There is not an elevator.



The main living area encompasses a large dining table, spacious living room with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and new smart TV. Easy access to the wraparound deck adjacent to the living area with amazing views. A fully equipped, remodeled, galley style kitchen has been outfitted with everything you'll need to prepare meals in-house. The primary suite has a king bed, access to the deck, a new TV, and full ensuite bath w/tub. The other guest room has a queen bed and a dedicated workspace. A large full bath is located directly across the hall.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



Please note that the hot tub is open seasonally. It closes after the ski resort closes until early June and mid October to Thanksgiving.



No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  There are 2 undesignated parking spaces for this condo.  Parking is available behind or in front of the building.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



This property is not pet friendly.
