Ce condo a été récemment rénové et redécoré. C'est un endroit idéal pour se retirer en famille et entre amis. Bien équipée et ouverte sur l’espace de vie, la cuisine est un lieu privilégié pour apprécier la compagnie. Le salon chaleureux et accueillant offre de nombreux sièges confortables et profonds, et tous peuvent apprécier la vue sur les montagnes ou un feu de cheminée dans la cheminée en pierre. Chacune des chambres est spacieuse et toutes ont de nouveaux lits, literie et matelas.

En bas, il y a une belle chambre des maîtres avec un lit king qui a été fait sur mesure à Crested Butte. Cette chambre dispose également d'une télévision. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit avec une tête de lit en cuir de vache et des tiges de lit turquoises, également fabriqués localement, ce qui lui confère une touche unique à la Crested Butte. La troisième chambre en bas a deux lits jumeaux. La partie supérieure comprend une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et la mezzanine avec deux grands lits, qui comprend également un coin télé et des fauteuils club.

Sortir de la porte pour skier est simple et rapide, ce condo est situé sur le flanc de la montagne dans le complexe Keystone, ce qui en fait un ski facile qui mène à la remontée du mur ouest.

L'entrée du bâtiment Keystone se trouve au deuxième étage. Il y a un escalier qui monte au troisième étage pour accéder au K-302.

Votre condo est près de l'ascenseur du mur ouest. Une courte promenade, skis aux pieds, et vous êtes sur les pistes!

Les équipements complexes complèteront assurément votre expérience. Le bureau et le personnel sur place facilitent l’enregistrement / le départ et répondent aux questions qui pourraient survenir pendant votre séjour. Les services de ménage sont fournis pour tous les séjours de 4 nuits ou plus. San Moritz a son propre service de navette privé qui est gratuit avec votre séjour. La navette circule tous les jours pendant la saison de ski à partir de 8h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. En été, la navette circule le week-end à partir de 4h00. m. jusqu'à minuit. Ils iront même chercher et déposer juste devant votre appartement! En hiver, vous pourrez également vous détendre dans le bain à remous intérieur. Le sauna est ouvert toute l'année. Pour plus de commodité, chaque bâtiment dispose de 2 laveuses et sécheuses à l'usage des clients. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable!

So comfortable and room to spare for our group of 7! Everyone loved how easy it was to get to the lift. Not as easy to get back, but that was Mother Nature’s fault! One small maintenance issue that was fixed immediately…thanks, Bill!! We really hope we’ll be able to come back!

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

Wonderful stay in Crested Butte during Thanksgiving. We came into town for the Nordic Ski Camp. Property is wonderful. Very comfortable layout. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We loved this amazing space, far larger and able to sleep more than it appears online. And we loved this amazing place (Crested Butte) with such great views from the sliding doors/deck in the living room and two bedrooms plus so much to do so close. Loved it!

Great rental for large family

The place had ample beds to accommodate all of the varying family members. It came with a kitchen with all of the necessary items to cook a meal. It had a great view and since we came in the summer there were good trails right out the door to walk the dog. They also made the pup welcome which was a nice touch.

Easy place for a family to spread out on vacation

Easy check in process. Loved that we could bring our dogs. The kitchen works great for making family dinners and there were suitable cooking utensils. Convenient parking for the unit. It is an easy walk to the CB Resort. I’d recommend this place to anyone. If you want to sit on the balcony, bring some lawn chairs.

Amazing location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With 8 adults, I feared the condo might be a little tight, but it was perfect and utilized space really well. The ultimate highlight was the fact that we were 20 steps from the slopes and a 20 second ski down to a lift that accessed blues and greens. It is indeed a true ski-in-ski-out. We tend to ski different mountains every year, but if we’re ever in CB again, we know where we’ll want to stay. Thanks for making it a great trip!

Dog friendly, family friendly, adventure friendly. This place was fantastic. Views are incredible, location is perfect for exploring Mt Crested, extremely comfortable beds/furniture. We had a small mix up with keys at the start, quickly rectified by onsite manager. We had a leaky shower head, fixed within an hour with a new shower head. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for families/groups of friends/dogs.
