Step into your luxurious Mt. Crested Butte penthouse featuring stylish interiors and breathtaking views. Whether you prefer lounging in the hot tub or indoors, catching up on your favorite shows on the 75" Smart TV, or simply unwinding with a drink, this space offers it all. Seeking privacy? The 2nd bedroom provides a cozy retreat with a 55" Smart TV, seating area, and an activity table.

The spacious living room features two oversized sofas, two occasional chairs, and a reading nook with an egg chair, all centered around a 75" Smart TV with Sonos sound system. Enjoy meals at the dining area for six and the breakfast bar for two, while soaking in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, complete with a king bed, luxury linens, a small sitting area, and a private en suite bath. The second bedroom offers a queen and a twin bed in a bunkbed setup, along with a 55" Smart TV, sitting area, activity table and access to a full second bath.

The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an oven, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances including a coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, kettle and crockpot.

Outdoor amenities include a large private balcony with a Weber gas grill and access to a shared deck with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub.

Bring up to two vehicles and enjoy the convenience of parking them in the private lot or take advantage of the free "locals" town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac. During winter, the bus service runs every 30 minutes. In summer, it's a short five to nine-minute walk from the condo to the bus stop. There are two flights of stairs down to this unit so those with mobility issues may wish to check out our Designer Condo #2 (VRBO listing 2121452) with no stairs.

1) Winter conditions exist! We have contracted with a snow removal company to attend to the decks and parking area however, for your safety please exercise caution while in circulation around the property as ice and snow at 9,500' is prevalent.
2) There is a crockpot, hand mixer, pots/pans, bakeware, tableware, starter paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods.
3) Full size washing machine and dryer in unit. Soap included!
4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big "stuff"? Pack n Play (just bring their linen), Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes and gently used toys & books in the residence for your child's enjoyment.
5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush.
6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit.
7) STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Yes, it's Colorado, and "it" is legal but please take a step outside if need be. Please, absolutely no smoking or vaping of any type inside the residence. Smoking of anything is only permitted in the parking lot, peace.
8) Common area charcoal grill deck and hot tub areas open 8am-10pm max.
9) Quiet time in the unit is from 10:00pm to 8:00am, please respect the neighbors.
10) 2 dog maximum. $100 additional pet fee per stay will be charged. Please clean up after your dog with bags provided in the entryway. Bags must be disposed of in the trash dumpster in the parking lot prior to your departure. Absolutely no dogs on the furniture as it will be inspected after each rental. Damage to furniture will result in a set replacement with matching pieces if necessary and extra cleaning charges may apply. If your dog is reported barking you may be asked to keep it with you or remove it from the residence.
11) Cameras & audio monitor the exterior entrances to the complex.
12) Early check-in/Late check-out is currently not available due to shortage of staff in Colorado resort towns.

What a beautiful place. Amazing views! Very clean and has all the niceties one good ask for. Corey is an excellent communicator too! We never had to ask or guess or search for anything. The condo was exactly as represented in description and pictures. Corey was great to speak to both before and during our stay. Perfect set up for our family of 4....2 teenage kids shared the bunk room. Interior has updated floorplan, appliances. Easy on/off to bike trail and bus stop. Would stay there again. Thank you Corey!

Spacious, clean & stunning views!

My parents and I stayed at Corey's place in the Fall for a weekend and were extremely satisfied with our experience! The place is newly renovated with tremendous views of Crested Butte. It's about a 5 minute drive to downtown, so the condo is in a perfectly located spot. It was very spacious and clean, as well. Corey did a great job communicating about everything we needed to know and made our stay very comfortable! When we stayed, there were complimentary shower needs but you'll need to bring your own detergent if you plan to use the washer. We also wished we had another blanket or two for evening lounging around. Other than that, it was perfect. We'll definitely use Corey's place again in the future when we venture back to CB!

Wonderful views, modern, clean and a lot of space

We've always stayed downtown CB, but decided to stay closer to MCB this trip and this condo was fantastic. Easy to access right off Gothic. 2 minutes to the mountain, 5 minutes to Elk Ave. Spent most of the time on the patio enjoying the views, but the living area and kitchen were great for hanging inside. The unit was very clean and had all appliances needed for cooking and grilling on nights in. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommend this condo. Cheers!

My family and I stayed for four nights in Crested Butte and this unit made our stay even better! Beautifully appointed, very clean, the most comfortable beds ever and amazing views from every angle and from the patio where we enjoyed dinner and drinks. Amazing Condo, Unbelievable Views!

This was our first time in Crested Butte, and we are planning when we can come back. Crested Butte itself is gorgeous, Corey’s condo is the cherry on top. It is extremely spacious, clean and completely renovated. Our family of 5, (2 adults, 2 teens and our puppy) enjoyed every minute. Check-in was a breeze. The hot tub was perfection after a day of skiing. The unit itself is 2 floors down from the parking lot via steps, which was not a problem at all. There is a shared hot tub on the deck, and although we were there for President’s day weekend, we never shared it with anyone. This condo is stocked with laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryers. The 2 bedrooms are a good size; and the beds are extremely comfortable. The condo is directly on the free shuttle loop that takes you to the base of the ski mountain or to town. Once we got to Crested Butte we parked our car and didn’t drive it again until we left. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the nicest, cleanest VRBO’s we have ever rented. Thank you Corey!

Perfect Little Getaway

My husband, daughter and I went to CB for a little Labor Day weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot! So easy to get into town...or to the hiking/mountain biking trails. We even made the trek (<2 hours) to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP (highly recommend). When we head back to CB for skiing, we will definitely book here again! Thanks, Corey!
