The main floor and the bathrooms all have heated floors, keeping your toes toasty on those chilly winter days. Two bedrooms are located on the floor above the main floor with a third bedroom being the top floor. The master bedroom has an in suite bathroom with a balcony looking out at Mt. Crested Butte! The location is great and easy to get to any recreational activities as well as down to the town of Crested Butte. After your day on the slopes or exploring the many trails in the area come back and soak your tired legs in the hot tub and end the evening sitting by the cozy fireplace. With beautiful views and everything you need to make your stay a memorable one, this unit is a perfect setting for your vacation in any season.

This unit's amenities include a shared outdoor hot tub, two decks facing Mt. CB, a garage and in house washer and dryer among others! The condo is also near a free shuttle stop over to the base area of the mountain. The owner supplies one bundle of wood for your use in the fireplace.

NOTE: The hot tub is closed mid-September through Thanksgiving for maintenance.

*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.
