Nothing good to say problems problems never again very rude untrained staff you might get a cheap deal but then get hit with expensive drinks and food with very poor service

Friendly staff and a large room with a nice big bed, which was very comfortable. But overall the room was a little shabby and dated, especially the en-suite bathroom, and the windows certainly could do with some maintenance. Nice and enjoyable stay marred by periods of loud and intrusive drilling and hammering from workmen in the adjoining rooms who started work early in the morning. That said, would totally recommend staying here.

All good, though power cut during the night. Very convenient for airport parking.

Last minute booking

Very poor mobile reception this is not usually my type of hotel however my flight was delayed overnight and this was a last minute booking on the only available hotel. Rooms appear spacious and my family room had both a shower and bath. The room is not air conditioned which the hotel provides fans had this have been a hot night it would have been uncomfortable we slept with door to balcony open. In winter however you could use the heating supplied... tea and coffee facilities in room. No room service as food was not available late when we arrived around 23.30. The hotel can arrange transfers to the airport which is cheaper than an uber

Needs Modernisation and more staff to help out

Hotel needs modernisation - overpriced as well totally needs a revamp and also needs air con in the rooms Went to check in took over half an hour and didn't have the room I booked offered an upgrade and expected me to pay extra to which I refused.. There was quite a few of us checking in but only one gentleman at the desk to check us all in and every one of us had issues with checking in either lost the bookings or didn't have any rooms available.

Pleasant stay .

Location: Very convenient to park and leave your car there whilst you are going on holiday ! 10 minute taxi ride from Gatwick . Vxxk
The room was lovely , couldn't pick fault with it . The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful . 2 nd time we have stayed and wasn't disappointed with the service . Although we didn't eat this time , we had done before and the food was great ! Xx
