Designed with relaxation in mind, this stylish retreat offers three well-appointed bathrooms, including a spacious master suite and a luxurious main bath featuring a two-person jetted tub, a combination shower and steam sauna, and a built-in TV. An office/3rd Bedroom provides additional sleeping space, while in-home laundry and a tankless water heater ensure comfort and convenience. Nestled on a tranquil street, it’s the perfect place to unwind in peace and privacy.


BEDDING & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This home includes two serene bedrooms with quality queen beds, soft linens, and calming touches for restful sleep.

Bedding is included at no extra cost for up to six guests, using two queen beds and one floor mattress. If, however, guests five and six prefer not to share the floor mattress, a second mattress is available for a one-time $20 fee — includes full linens and setup.

Additionally, the home will accommodate up to eight guests, with a small nightly fee of $15 for the seventh and eighth guests to cover added occupancy and preparation. However, these guests will be provided only one floor mattress to share.
