Thoughtfully designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, the property features open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas that flow seamlessly onto expansive wraparound decks. Multiple outdoor sitting areas provide the perfect place to unwind, whether enjoying a morning coffee, long lunch or evening drinks overlooking the landscape.
The estate is configured across a main residence and a separate private retreat, providing both shared living spaces and additional privacy â ideal for couples, families or small groups travelling together. In total, the property offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating guests while allowing space to spread out.
Outdoors, the property truly shines. The infinity pool and covered cabana create a resort-style setting, while the surrounding grounds, including a fire pit area and pizza oven, add to the unique experience of the estate. Both spaces are included in your stay and are not shared with other guests.
Set in a peaceful and private location just a short drive from Port Douglas, Alamanda Estate offers a relaxed escape with a sense of space and seclusion.

Guests will enjoy private access to the main residence (cottage), including all indoor and outdoor living areas, wraparound decks, infinity pool, cabana and landscaped grounds.
Bookings of up to 4 guests include use of the cottage. Should you require additional space or wish to include the separate private retreat, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The estate is exclusively yours during your stay and is not shared with other guests.

Alamanda Estate is tucked away just outside Port Douglas, surrounded by tranquil rainforest and rolling canefields. Itâs a peaceful, private escape, yet conveniently locatedâwith the nearest supermarket just a 15-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive away. During your stay, youâll have the entire property to yourselfâperfect for unwinding, exploring, and soaking up the beauty of the tropics at your own pace.
Getting Around:
For your convenience, itâs highly recommended to have a vehicle during your stay at Alamanda Estate. The property is located about 8km from the town center of Port Douglas, which is approximately an 8-minute drive. While the cottage offers a peaceful, secluded atmosphere, having a car makes it easy to explore the nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you prefer not to drive, taxi and shuttle services are available in the area, but a vehicle provides the most flexibility and ease during your stay.
