Cozy Cottage on Baptist Lake Just North of G.R.

LAKEFRONT COTTAGE ON BAPTIST LAKE. This newly remodeled cottage is perfect for small families. Baptist Lake is a clean, spring fed lake. It is an all-sports and fishing lake. The cottage sits on 50 foot of frontage, with clear water and sandy beaches.
The “Little Cottage” which we have always called it, is located only 30 minutes from Grand Rapids, and has 2 golf courses only 10 minutes away-Pilgrims Run and Whitefish Golf.
The quaint town of Rockford is only 20 minutes away with shopping and restaurants/ice cream shops.
The cottage, recently renovated, has 2 bedrooms, one with bunkbeds and the other has a queen size bed. The living area has two couches that could be used for sleeping.
There is a dining table, TV with a fire stick and internet is provided.
The bathroom has a walk in shower and is equipped with a hair dryer.
Linens and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
Dish detergent and trash bags are provided and first time use of paper products(paper towel and toilet paper).
The kitchen has a small island with 2 bar stools and has a coffee maker, toaster, utensils and dishes. There are basic appliances with an electric stove and dishwasher.(no garbage disposal)
The patio has a table and chairs and a grill. There is a fire pit for small fires and plenty of firewood. The front yard also has 4 Adirondack chairs.
There are no laundry facilities.
You might see bald eagles, herons, kingfishers and often you will see or hear a loon. The sunsets are worth photographing!
Pets are not allowed and there is no smoking in the cottage.
