MOST SPECTACULAR SUNSETS IN COZUMEL

From the 5th floor of this Puesta del Sol (5S) unit, you'll be treated to some of the most amazing, unobstructed views of Cozumel's famous sunsets, relaxing in comfortable balcony launchers. 

Under new ownership, this unit is ready for rental with all the amenities you might need for a few days or week(s)- long stay. The living room has a brand-new, comfy couch, a flat-screen TV, and an open-air terrace with more seating.

The dining room table seats six, and the kitchen is well-equipped with a breakfast bar and every small and large appliance, including filtered, cooled water for drinking and washing your vegetables. 

When you're ready for bed, you can choose from two master bedrooms located on either side of the large terrace. Each bedroom opens up to the terrace and has a king-size bed and attached bath. One bath has a large, oval tub, and the other has a walk-in shower. 

The third bedroom has two twins, and while there is also a fourth bedroom in the unit, it currently serves as an office with a large desk, bookshelves, and a sofa/futon. It is the perfect spot in case you need to escape to take a call or do a bit of remote work. 

In between these two rooms is the 3rd shared bath. This one has a walk-in shower.

Just a few steps outside your front door, you can enter the ocean with our private entrance for swimming or snorkeling on some of the best reefs in the world. The infinity pool is the perfect spot for relaxing on chaise lounges, tanning, and capturing stunning photos of the turquoise water. The sea on the north side is quite calm, making it ideal for snorkeling and floating. The snorkeling just beyond the building is beautiful, and water clarity is always fantastic.

This incredible rental is also situated in an equally unbelievable community. Puesta del Sol is an oceanfront condo complex. Two bikes are also provided for the guest's use. It’s only a 1.3-mile walk/bike ride or a 5-minute taxi ride from the heart of the island’s main town, where you will find world-class dining options, museums, local nightlife, and entertainment. A dive shop and fishing marina are also only a block away. This property is gated and maintains a 24-hour security guard on the premises.

The condo was clean, spacious and well-appointed. It had a great view of the water. Great snorkeling right off the property.

We loved the stay! Couldn’t have been a better location. Just watch out for the Damsel fish on the ladder that bites you if you get too close :)

Amazing!!!

Although our check in was a tiny bit bumpy the hosts came shortly after to ensure we were in and settled. This condo has all of the comforts of home and sufficient staples to begin our vacation! The extras included snorkel gear, boards and floats galore! We have found our “home away from home” and we’ll be back as often as we’re able. I highly recommend this place!!!

Do not stay in this condominium the managers are incredibly rude people who will make your stay completely miserable. The managers of this property are by far the most rude and horrible people I’ve ever dealt with on any rental on anywhere. They even showed up and a terrible thunderstorm on the last day when we were 10 minutes from being packed and out of the place to scream at me in front of my family. They humiliated me and said I should’ve been out of the condominium 10 minutes earlier, I told them I have been monitoring the severe thunderstorm in Cozumel Airport. I was concerned they said that your problem and we send you a text to get out my phone has fallen off of a Dive which I conveyed to the agency. In short, they were not above screaming at me on the last day while I was standing in my shorts 10 minutes from finishing packing and getting dressed for the airport. They argued and humiliated me.The condo is older and the construction remodeling is very cheap. The furniture is not very comfortable. When we arrive, we received texts to be at the condominium 30 minutes after our flight arrival from Houston. That was at 1:30 even though the agency told me I could not check in until three. At check-in I found out they do not have water purification so you cannot drink the water from the faucet or use it for coffee. They also told me we have to put toilet paper with human waste in waste basket and live with it.This is by far the worst day I’ve had leaving a condo
