Unfortunately, there were several items that have left us disheartened with the stay. 1. The AC in the master bedroom did not cool. When notifying Hernan about this, he told me that this would be looked into. This was not done so, I asked for an update on this on two occasions and did not receive one. I finally asked for another updated and he told me that this wouldn't be worked on while we were there.  We ended up sleeping in other rooms as the master bedroom was too hot. 2. We tried to get the chef to come cook 1 or 2 meals for us. The follow up was slow and only initiated by me.  We eventually were told that the main chef was not available. This was a little frustrating as it would have been nice to have more proactive communication. 3. Upon entering the unit, there were only 4 beach/pool towels. We requested 6 more towels so that we could have enough for our group.  4. ***Safety and security- One of the back doors does not easily lock. The back door that does lock, is broken and has been âjimmiedâ over and iver again to make it latch and lock. This is a safety issue and needs to be addressed. 5. Communicarion with the PM- Hernan is a very nice man. However, there were multiple requests that did not get responded to. Example- We asked if there was a shovel that we can use To dig a hole on the beach? We received no response. 6. BBQ- There was nothing to (a) light the bbq with (
