Cozumel never disappoints!

Love the property, love the location! Angel the onsite Chef is AMAZING! Alex helped us with excursion info and tried to help with a couple of issues we encountered within our unit. Wonderful holiday, fabulous weather. We’d definitely stay here again and be a little more organized with our excursion plans ahead of time.

Wonder place to relax.

We planned this trip for scuba diving. The pool and the snorkeling on the property was excellent for our kids age groups. Close to the airport. Very clean property and very kind staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly what our family needed. The grounds were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the ocean every day. We would have like to have had more information regarding the on site chef and food options prior to arrival so that we could have planned our meals better. We will likely come again!

Outstanding!

This place is excellent! The communication was great all the way along. Jeffrey was always responsive and great to communicate with. Alex was very helpful and stayed in contact the entire time. The condo was clean and quite large. The view from the condo is perfect, overlooking the pool and ocean. Perfect distance from town, close enough to bike in or take a short ride in a taxi. The property is clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back!

We love Peninsula Grand

This is our 2nd year at Peninsula Grand and we couldn’t be happier. The snorkeling in front is awesome with great clarity. A bonus is Angel who cooks delicious meals on the beach. All the units have great views and it is a quiet area. Walkable to town also. We will come again!

Beautiful condo, Great location!

Condo was great! Very clean and quiet. Lots of linens/towels. Beds were comfy. Bottle water is provided. Plenty of kitchen utensils to prepare a meal. Wifi worked great. Pool & beach area was very clean. Lots of fish when snorkeling in front of the property. Angel the property chef did an amazing job of cooking the fish we caught on the fishing excursion! Guiremo was the nicest condo employee!!! Hemingway restaurant is close by and had a great breakfast menu most dishes just 100 pesos. Cozumel is such a safe city. We rented buggies for $55 a day and toured the island.

Left out of fear for safety

Very noisy. Boats start at 6:30. Parties go until midnight. We hardly slept at all. They use the community area for parties. There were large noisy parties each night. On the third night Property management and security did nothing to help us even when two intoxicated men banged on our door and then just walked into our condo threatening my husband because we asked them to turn down the music. Very scary. We called the police and fled that night. Before traveling here I had asked specifically about noise and was assured this unit was quiet. Completely deceived. The single worse experience in my 50 years of travel. There are far better and safer places to stay.

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

I rented this property for Thanksgiving weekend with my adult children and partners. The property was beautiful- large, spacious, well furnished, and with a great view. The property manager was very responsive, and everything went quite smoothly. I highly recommend it.

Great spot to stay!

Lovely property and unit, view is unbeatable. Alex the property manager was super fast to respond and offered assistance in arranging tours, chef. All that we encountered on the property were very personable and helpful, we appreciated them all. We enjoy staying on the north end, close to marina and dive boat, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Family vacation in Cozumel

We loved our visit to Cozumel and the apartment we still at while we were there only enhanced the trip. The pool water was the perfect temperature, the man made beach was large enough to enjoy, and the pier to get in and out of the sea made it so much easier to snorkel right off the property. The condo itself was bright and clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful (something you don't always see in rental properties). I would highly recommend this property for a vacation and we would rent it again when we return.

Beautiful location and beautiful property

The pictures of this property show exactly where you will be staying. The condo and the whole property was lovely and very clean. It was also much larger than expected! The beach area and snorkeling area were perfect. We also had fun playing pool and ping-pong in the common area. Thank you!

Beachfront condo

The location and condo have fantastic views and the condo is in great condition. Check in process at the condo was difficult due to the language barrier and the staff not really knowing we were checking in. I felt at times that the Grand Peninsula staff really could care less that you were there and I think that needs to be addressed by the property owners. The pool and getting into the water to snorkel was really easy. I will say that the property owner did respond very quickly when I had issues and they will try their best to make things right. Overrall, this is a very good condo and would definitely go back.
