Step into Palmas Reales and the beauty will take your breath away. A new owner has redecorated and outfitted this luxury condo with the extras that makes it stand out above all others.

Palmas Reales is a 3 BR, 3.5 bath top-of-the-line condominium located approximately 2.5 miles north of town. This unit is on the first floor of one of Cozumel's most upscale buildings with sweeping views of the most brilliant blue water you've ever seen. Located on the first floor means you have easy access to the pool and seaside where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip in the pool. You will definitely want to slip on your mask, fins and snorkel to get a closer look at the rainbow colored fish and vast array of sea creatures right out your door. There is easy access into the water via a ladder. Then let the gentle current take you along the coast and exit at the public dock; it's an easy walk back on the new pedestrian walkway to Palmas Reales. By the way, this new walkway goes all the way into town, so you can jog, bike or take a pleasant stroll to restaurants and shopping (or hail a taxi along the oceanfront road).
Inside you will be delighted with Palmas Reales 1C which is one of the largest 3 BR condos on the island. The living room, dining room and kitchen have magnificent views of the sparkling blue Caribbean. Sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront balcony which is a perfect spot to enjoy seaside morning coffee or a cool beverage as you watch the sun set over the Caribbean. You have the best seat on the island to watch as cruise ships pass in the evening, or the night lights of Playa del Carmen the distant horizon.

Dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, microwave, cook-top, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, oven, blender, pots and pans.

The oceanfront master suite has a king bed, private bath, tub and sliding glass doors onto the oceanfront balcony. Second bedroom has king bed, private bath and jungle view. The third bedroom has a king bed, private bath and views of the emerald green jungle.

There is a 1/2 bath off the living area. And, of course, this unit has all the comforts of home. With the high speed internet, you can login to any of your streaming services from the smartTV, or your own devices.

Amazing!

Everything was top notch. It looked better than the pictures. The pre-arrival info email included the answer to every question I could have possibly had, including where to grocery shop. Well stocked kitchen, tons of spices and everything needed for cooking. The snorkeling right outside was excellent too. We saw eel, turtle, lots of fish, starfish. The condo staff, the house manager, the owner - all wonderful. And Fatima did an excellent job cleaning and was so nice. Street parking was always available and close. Loved that we were a short drive to downtown, but away from the cruise ship madness. I loved the location. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Really nice condo NO HOT WATER too many rules

This is a great condo nicely furnished but several draw backs. The first night we were there, the mirrors were stolen off of our rental jeep. The 24 hour guard said "he didn't see anything". There are "owner" parking spots close to the guard and everyone else has to park on the street (seems odd since I am paying to occupy as "owner" but not allowed to park). This unit has a whole house water heater that does not work. We had plumbers out to the property twice and only had hot water in the master shower one time. Also, plumber could not get hot water to the sink in the master so men, if you shave, you'll be using cold water. Then there is the POOL RULES! We arrived and went to the pool and were playing music at a very low level. An older couple who lives on property came the pool and I asked if the music was too loud as I would be happy to turn it down even more. She told us NO MUSIC allowed AT ALL at the pool and referred to the pool rules sign. When I looked at the sign, it even says NO FOOD OR DRINK at all at the pool. I am sorry, but I never would have paid as much as we did to not be able to enjoy the great pool overlooking the ocean. I asked the owner to call me and he called me when we had already returned from our trip. He said that was not a rule. I said well that is what is posted on the sign at the pool. There are many wonderful places to stay in Cozumel. I would advise staying elsewhere.

Beautiful Condo in Amazing Location

We went snorkeling right outside and saw stingray and so many beautiful fish (watch out for sea urchin). The property manager and condo staff were all first class and super helpful. Will book here again!

The View!

Very nice property, Heated pool is a big plus, the view is amazing, and the rooms are very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect place to spend a month on the ocean! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Relaxing and fun

The property was just as advertised. Spacious and comfy rooms with individual AC for each room comfort. Well stocked kitchen and nice large dining table. Comfortable couch and outdoor lounge area. Heated pool was lovely and the snorkeling was fantastic. We were in the water every day. Because of the current fins would make it easier to get back to apartment but not all that necessary. People were friendly. Cabs were about 80 pesos to town for a large van for smaller car might be cheaper. There is no close stores to stock up when you go into town. Lovely restaurant about a mile down road otherwise you can go into town. Long walk. We were very pleased with this property and the location as we prefer to be outside of the hustle of town. Highly recommend this property.

Great Location

We enjoyed this property so much! Walking distance to a beach club and easy access to taxis otherwise. The condo had everything we needed including plenty of filtered water and the pool was quiet and relaxing!
