‘Seafoam Island’ is ideally situated in the Seagrove estate and an easy walk or drive to the beach, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions like penguins, koalas and Grand Prix track. This three(3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom home is the perfect casual retreat. It’s family friendly and adjacent to a park which is a perfect play space for a game of cricket or a kick of the footy or soccer ball. 



Directly off the open plan living is a triple sliding door leading to the covered alfresco where you can unwind with a drink and relax while enjoying a bbq lunch or dinner.  The kitchen offers all mod cons for cooking at home. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, separate drinks fridge, dishwasher, walk in pantry. While a six seater dining table provides the perfect spot to gather together.  In the open plan living area are a TV (free netflix), bluray/DVD player, DVD library and plenty of board games.  Three bedrooms accommodate six guests. The master suite offers a queen bed, WIR, ensuite and TV. A desk space can also be set up upon request. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 king single beds each and share a full bathroom with a large shower, separate bath and an independent powder room. All beds have electric blankets.  The garage is established as a games room with table tennis table, extra TV with games console and surfboards available for use at the beach.  



Other conveniences include a split system heating/air conditioner, panel heaters in all bedrooms, a European laundry with trough and washing machine. Port a cot and high chair are available free of charge on request (BYO cot linen)  



All bedding Linen (except port a cots) is included in the cost of your stay. 

Long weekends and peak holiday periods may have a  minimum multi night stay, but most days we allow 1 night bookings for guests looking to visit the penguins or other events.



Before you arrive, we will share a guide on how to access the property, use certain appliances and anything else you need to know.  



There is a guest manual  in our living that should answer any questions, however if you have any concerns or problems please call us.   Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thanks! 



This is strictly a non-smoking property. Any smokers are required to smoke outside the home and use the ashtray provided. 

No pets allowed. 

No schoolies bookings and no parties, please note we do not host groups under 25 years of age (young family bookings may be accepted)

Two (2) off street parking places in driveway. Please do not park over footpath or on lawns.
