This great area of Cowes is light residential and generally populated with families and local retiree's. A pleasant location, walking around Cowes and to the beach is comfortable. Typical coastal vegetation and landscape is common and one will find this a great location on Phillip Island

The property is provided as a secure private and exclusive stay for you and your guests only. No one enters the property other than your guests during your visit.

A great little interior space contains a well equipped kitchen and main lounge/dining area. In addition, you'll find access to the balcony area - perfect for lounging and enjoying a drink over a BBQ

Enjoy the lounge area with a smart t.v and internet, comfortable seating and easy access to the rooms. A great bathroom is separate from the toilet room and has a good shower to unwind and rejuvenate.

There are 3 bedrooms in Ti Tree;
Bedroom 1 and 2 are Queen beds with all linens provided
Bedroom 3 has 2x single bunk beds (4 single beds)

There is a fire pit (Council Fire Ban Dec-Apr each year) for the cooler seasons and a great BBQ on the Patio.

You are only a short drive to Cowes township and all the great eateries and shops we boast. Parking is no problem and in this quiet safe neighbourhood you'll find a great community around you, well removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The penguin parade, motogp track and even local shops just down the road make Saltwater Place the place to book at any time of the year.

Getting around Phillip Island and the Cowes area is quite good. Riding, walking, jogging are all great from here, naturally transport like a car gives you easy access to all area's of the Island from here.

There are taxis, ubers, buses like Vline and other handy way to get around and to and from as needed.
