This beautiful open space with sliding doors to the backyard pool is perfect for gathering the entire group together.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal starting with the master bedroom that has a king-size bed, walk in robe, ensuite bathroom with shower cabin, and direct access to the outdoor entertaining area and pool. A split floorplan nicely places the remaining 3 bedrooms on the other end of the residence providing separation for families with children or groups traveling together. Each of these bedrooms has a queen bed, BIR, & ceiling fan, and they share the second full bath with glass shower cabin and soaking tub.

Outdoor living is nothing less than delightful in a completely enclosed backyard highlighted by a sparkling in-ground pool, awesome game garage with table tennis, and covered dining patio that seats 8. Other Things to Note:
A maximum of 2 guest vehicles may park in the garage and another 2 in driveway. There is secure parking behind a gate on the side of the home for a caravan or boat.
