âBeachfront on the Esplanadeâ is a perfectly positioned apartment on the Esplanade right across the road from Cowes foreshore beach. Amazing views of Western Port Bay, French Island & Cowes jetty and a 5 min walk from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafĂ©s of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The tastefully furnished apartment is spread over a single floor and accessed via a secure lift. A central hallway provides access to Bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with BIR), a main Bathroom (with shower & toilet), a fully equipped Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer) and Bedroom 1, with a TV & built in DVD player and an ensuite (with shower & toilet). The expansive open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 65" TV with chromecast, DVD player & ~50 movies) has seating for 8 at both the dining table & lounge and enjoys incredible waterviews, flowing out to the front Balcony.
Outdoor Areas
The generously sized semi-covered north facing Balcony (with electric BBQ, table & chairs for 8 plus a coffee table) has sensational 180 degree views across the Cowes beach, which is just metres from the Apartment (across The Esplanade). Erewon Park is 150m from the apartment with sweeping 180 degree water views and a fantastic playground (including swings, slides, climbing equipment, communal BBQ's with shelters), picnic area, outdoor showers, etc. There is an underground onsite parking garage with 2 car spaces available in tandem (or one space for long/large vehicles). Additional parking is available on the street.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge (with plumbed filtered water & automatic ice maker), dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room, ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 2, wall mounted electric heating in all bedrooms, plus one additional stand-alone fan (stored in Bedroom 3) which can be used where required.
