This bright and breezy three-bedroom home in County Wexford puts families and groups of friends within easy reach of some of Irelandâs most dazzling beaches â think miles of golden sand and calm waters perfect for swimming. Just 350 metres away, youâll find the vibrant seaside resort of Courtown, home to two restaurants, a pub, takeaways, and a classic arcade for seaside fun. For days out, Gorey is just 4 miles away and packed with shops and amenities, while Rosslare Harbour is an hourâs drive and Dublin can be reached in 90 minutes. Youâll also be just 850 metres from an activity centre with a swimming pool, and there are peaceful beach and forest walks close by for stretching your legs or letting the dog roam free.
Inside, the one-storey house has a laid-back layout thatâs ideal for family and group holidays. The spacious lounge/diner forms the social heart of the home, a room filled with sunlight and comfy sofas arranged around a Smart TV for cosy movie nights together. When stomachs start to rumble, find that the kitchen boasts everything needed for cooking up holiday feasts, including a breakfast bar for light meals and morning coffees.
