Set across 440 acres of private Sierra foothills, Mariposa Highlands offers a rare sense of scale, quiet, and intentional designâjust beyond the edge of Yosemiteâs gravity.
Each of our 5 luxury Airstreams are thoughtfully positioned to preserve privacy, views, and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape. Inside, modern materials and soft curves create a calm, uncluttered retreat: a queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a streamlined kitchenette for simple meals, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a full, walk-in shower. Panoramic windows frame oak-dotted hillsides and fill the space with natural light from morning through dusk.
Outdoors, your private deck extends the living space into nature. Mornings are quiet and unhurriedâcoffee in hand, wildlife moving through the distance. Evenings invite firelight, open skies, and the kind of stillness thatâs increasingly hard to find. A private BBQ and fire pit make it easy to settle in and stay present as the light fades and stars emerge.
Guests are free to explore miles of private trails across the property or use Mariposa Highlands as a refined basecamp for the region. Yosemiteâs iconic landscapes lie within reach, while nearby lakes offer a slower counterpointâwater, sun, and space to roam.

We prioritize a peaceful atmosphere across the property. This is not a party destination, and gatherings, amplified music, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed in the evenings to preserve the shared experience of stillness and night sky.
Weather, terrain, and seasonal conditions are part of the experience. Guests should expect natural ground surfaces, occasional dust, and changing conditions typical of a rural foothill environment. These elements are not curated awayâthey are part of the authenticity of the setting.
