LIVING AREA

An inviting living room with coastal-themed decor and wooden floors welcomes you on arrival. Kick back and relax on two comfy armchairs and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Ocean blues and nautical design accents bring New England style to the sunroom. This laid-back and comfortable room is the perfect place to unwind, with a queen-size sleeper sofa, armchair, and 55' flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious meals for the whole group in the immaculate kitchen. This light-filled cooking space features sleek cabinetry and a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a French door refrigerator.

A wall-mounted TV sits above a three-person breakfast bar. There’s more room to socialize on a window-side bench.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps four guests between two tastefully appointed bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom has a relaxed by-the-ocean vibe, a plush queen bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The light and airy second bedroom comes with two twin beds and lovely garden views.

Classic style continues in a guest bathroom with coastal colors and a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Follow an easy, short path down to Lovell Pond — a beautiful spot to swim, fish, or kayak. Drive two miles to explore Cotuit Historic District. Or spend a morning on the sand at one of numerous Cotuit beaches. Ropes Beach is a locals’ favorite, only two miles from the house.

Just 3.3 miles away, Mashpee Commons boasts some of the best dining and shopping around. For a day of outdoor adventure, head just over 5 miles for hiking and nature spotting around Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
