The Stay on Main is a historic home that has been meticulously renovated to bring you a high-style cottage with clean lines and comfortable spaces. Perfect for families and small groups. Exploring is easy from the convenient location! Under 1 mile to Old Town Cottonwood restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, nature trails, and the Verde River! 20 minutes to wineries, Jerome, and Sedona. Grill and chill in the fully-fenced, wrap-around yard with a gas BBQ, corn hole, and various sitting areas.
The space
This home is over 100 years old, yet it feels as fresh as an expertly designed new build! Every surface has been updated with quality finishes and beautiful furnishings have been selected with your comfort in mind.

Kitchen:
The blue cement tile backsplash and unique terra cotta pendant lights are style highlights of this space! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, and is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, toaster, and coffee maker. Coffee, tea, basic spices, and oil are provided for your convenience.

Bedrooms:
Brand new mattresses and high thread count cotton sheets will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go each morning! Bedroom 1 has a calm, serene vibe that encourages peaceful rest. It has a king bed, 2 nightstands, a built-in dresser, and a closet. There is flat-screen smart TV and a cozy reading nook. Bedroom 2 has a barn door entry and a cheerful farmhouse charm. There are 2 full beds, a closet, and cube storage. There is an exterior door in this room that leads to the private outdoor dining space, lounge chairs, and BBQ.

Bathroom:
Vintage-style fixtures are a nod to the historic nature of this home. The bathroom is fully renovated and has a double vanity, large mirror, and ample storage. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.

Office Space:
There is a cozy, dedicated workspace with a writing desk and chair that will make you feel right at home.

Outdoor Space:
There is a fully enclosed, wrap-around yard with mature trees and a grapevine as a reminder that we are in the heart of Arizona wine country! The gas grill, dining table, various seating areas, and cornhole offer an oasis of entertainment for kids, play space for dogs, and relaxation for adults.
Guest access
You will have complete and exclusive use of the house and the enclosed yard for the duration of your stay. There are no shared spaces. Street parking for 2 standard vehicles is available in front of the house.
Other things to note
The cottage is just off of Main Street, but in a generally quiet neighborhood. The adjacent property is a very small, senior mobile home community. We are located on a one way section of the road, so use caution when entering and exiting the neighborhood.

If you choose to bring your dog, we kindly ask that Fido keeps off of the furniture and beds and that you clean up any mess left in the yard. There is a $150 pet fee assessed per stay.
