Spacious home w/Sedona views

A spacious home sitting on a Cottonwood hillside looking into Sedona. A preferred location that offers a short drive to downtown Cottonwood, historic Jerome or beautiful Sedona!

This 3BR/2 Bath house affords its guests a great place to relax, comfortable amenities and a creek access that is a short 2 minute walk away.

The red rocks of Sedona are a short 20 minute drive east & some of the best wineries the Verde Valley has to offer are right in Cottonwood's back yard!
The space
My favorite part is the huge massage chair after a long day outdoors! 3BR / 2Bath home with a master bedroom (1 king) and 2 guest rooms (queen in each) along with 1 air mattress. House has an amazing kitchen / dining area that is perfect for hosting and the wrap around reclining sofa and oversized flat screen in the living room with Sedona red rock views is unparalleled.
Guest access
Complimentary on site parking and garage access. Spacious driveway allows for guests to park a small trailer or toy hauler if need be! Getting around would best be done by vehicle or if you're heading to the creek a bicycle or walking would great
Other things to note
Old Town Cottonwood is a mere 5 - 7 minute drive from the house and has some of the best eateries, wineries, breweries and restaurants that Northern Arizona has to offer.

There is a community pool that is open from May 31 - Sept 31 every year. We do apologize to those coming in the off months that the community pool isn't open. The cost for utilizing the pool is $6 per person should you decide to go swimming! But, we recommend the creek!

Wonderful!

The property was very clean and comfortable for our group of four. Took a hike along the Verde River which was very peaceful and serene. Appreciated the friendly communication with the property owner. Would highly recommend this property while in Cottonwood/Sedona area.

Perfect Retreat

This is one of the nicer houses in the Cottonwood area, and it is very comfortable, attractively decorated, and conveniently located. It’s just a short drive into Old Town or to hopping on the highway to Sedona and a number of great wineries and tasting rooms. Another plus for the location is that it is situated on a hill looking out over the Verde Valley towards Sedona. We arrived in time to see the red rock formations in that area glowing pink at sunset and the full moon rising over them — from the patio! The house is very roomy, and the living room is extremely comfortable for a number of people to lounge and visit or watch tv. Best of all is the massage chair that will take care of any sore muscles from a day of hiking or biking. We found this home to be the perfect retreat and would definitely stay here again!

The home was nice and spacious. the host was accommodating and responded quickly. We enjoyed our time there with a few exceptions. The lighting in the house was very dim, it was difficult to find a place to sit and read, the seating in the fenced in patio, while comfy, seemed to have some bug problem, ants maybe, and we had difficulty getting the large tv to bring in anything local. These are very minor complaints in the scheme of things, we enjoyed our time there and would return.

The location, and house were perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the patio views, and comfortable master bedroom mattress. Vince was very responsive, and helpful. We will definitely book again if we are in the area. If your in the cottonwood area try Concho's for mexican it is awesome.

This rental was top-notch! It was very large house in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all the little extras that they added to this house. This would be a place we will stay again at Cottonwood!!!

The View from the Hill

A convenient bedroom community location just a few minutes away from downtown Cottonwood and other attractions. Evening views of the setting sun on the AZ horizon were pleasant to experience. The seating was comfy and the layout of the rooms made it easy to navigate the interior. Having access to a garage was a nice bonus. There could have been more items in the kitchen inventory but it was not a show-stopper. Recliners were awesome.

Great views, great house, great location

The house sits on a hill overlooking the Verde River, which is just a short walk away. Great views of red rocks in the distance. Sunset glow in the evening lit them up beautifully, and the stars at night seemed so close. The house feels private. Lots of space for our family to spread out inside and out. The home is well stocked, clean, and has comfortable beds.

Beautiful house overlooking Sedona mountains

Total privacy ontop of a mountain top with breath taking views of Sedona. Beautiful spanish style home with gorgeous colors and style from the floors to the walls and lighting. Nicely shaded back patio to have coffee or a cocktail with the great view. Tons of parking and a good place to walk your pet with lots of shade trees to keep out of the heat. Highly recommend property. Its the best place to stay for your vacation. 5 stars!!!

Beautiful house with a great view

The house was lovely, clean, in great condition and in a great location, just about 5 miles away from downtown Cottonwood/Main Street (I recommend going to Merkin Vineyards Tasting Room & Osteria), where you can see Jerome, and not too far a drive from Tuzigoot National Monument. My favorite part was the views from the side yard. Easy to find, easy access, easy process. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful Experience

Vince and Lisa's home is full of cozy Southwestern charm. It was close to everything we wanted to see in the Sedona area (without the Sedona prices and congestion!) as well as close to the fun and unique town of Jerome. It was well-appointed and we had everything we needed for our 4 night visit. We would definitely try to rent this lovely home again if we are back in that area.

Beautiful home in excellent condition, with a great view. Very clean, well supplied, with lovely decor. The power massage chair was a fun bonus. Has top grade appliances. We have rented numerous vrbo homes and this is one of the very nicest. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful, comfortable home with southwestern decor and incredible views!

We loved our stay in Cottonwood! The house is so nicely designed and the southwestern decor made it feel like vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable - I slept better here than in my own house. The house is well appointed and has everything you could possibly need. The location is central to the area. A beautiful short drive to Sedona which was the highlight of our southwestern trip. Vince is a friendly and responsive host. This is a wonderful place to unplug. The internet isn’t strong so if you need to use FaceTime or are a heavy user bring a hotspot! But for vacation it can’t be beat. It felt cozy and comfortable. We loved it!
