3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

* Shower gel
* Plate liquid soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.

Les points forts : Propreté
I found the unit to be an ok place, nothing special. It was clean. Not well appointed in my opinion and what I’m used to. I sometimes like to cook in and have a bottle of wine
no corkscrew to be found (had to buy one) no instructions on how to use the coffee maker (every place is different), no paper towels available (another purchase) a heater that didn’t plug into any of the outlets so had to use the mini split for heat in the bedroom area (annoying). Also there was construction going on in another unit in the building that’s not part of this place, as it is an abutting unit which was extremely noisy and annoying (no fault of this company but one of life’s ups/downs I guess. Pluses included location (very near restaurants and other shops for necessities. I’d give it 3 stars on a 5 star scale.
