Above the BBQ area lies the beautiful private swimming pool (fenced and protected by an entrance gate (10x5 meters, maximum depth 2,45 mt), complete with deckchairs and sun umbrellas, under which you can spend the hottest days relaxing. By the pool there is a gazebo equipped with dining table, perfect for enjoying your evenings under the moonlight, or refreshing under the shadow during the hottest days. From the pool area you can enjoy a panoramic view of the hills and the valley.

The villa is composed of two levels connected by an internal stairway. The main entrance leads into an open space living room, furnished in typical Tuscan style, provided with a big dining table, TV, fireplace, a sofa and two armchairs. Going on, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower. From the living room you access the first floor, through an internal stairway, where you will find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the first floor you have access to the outdoor veranda, from which you can admire breathtaking views of the surrounding hills.
