The house is located in Località Pecol, in a beautiful villa, in a quiet and panoramic area of Cortina d'Ampezzo.

The studio apartment consists of a bright room with access to a beautiful panoramic balcony with an enchanting view of the Dolomites. The main tourist and sporting attractions of the town are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, including the golf course, the major ski areas and also "Corso Italia", the main pedestrian street of the town with its numerous clubs, restaurants, and boutiques.



The studio apartment measures 45m2 and is located on the first floor of the house. The room is made up of a foldaway double bed which when closed leaves room for a beautiful living room made up of a comfortable sofa, two large armchairs and an LCD TV. One corner of the room is set up with a comfortable dining table and chairs. There is a small hideaway kitchenette, consisting of an electric hob, a fridge with freezer and a microwave plus everything needed for cooking. From the room you have access to a beautiful balcony equipped with wooden chairs and table to enjoy the quiet and above all the splendid 360-degree view of the Dolomites that only Cortina can offer.

In the corridor we find a closet with wardrobe and a washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. At guests' disposal a Wi-Fi internet connection and an outdoor car park. Nothing is really missing in this studio flat furnished with taste and equipped with everything necessary for a peaceful holiday in a comfortable environment surrounded by nature and the Dolomites.
