Beautiful rustic-style apartment, completely furnished in wood, located in Locality Col, a scenic and tranquil hamlet of Cortina d'Ampezzo. Precisely because of its location, it is an ideal apartment for all those who love relaxation and contact with nature.
Just two steps from the Socrepes ski facilities, ideal for children and a starting point for the most beautiful slopes of Tofana, including the one that hosts the Women's World Cup ski race every year. Only 15 minutes walking from the center of Cortina and just a few meters from the municipal bus stop that allows you to reach in a few minutes, not only the ski slopes of other ski areas (Faloria, 5 Torri, Cristallo, etc.), but also the Ice Stadium, the Country and Apollonio tennis centers, the Dolomites bike path, Cortina Golf and other numerous sports facilities of this tourist destination.
