I love the National Parks, and so wish I could give this property a good rating. There were a couple of good things about our stay. One, we had a great dinner at the lodge restaurant. Two, it was very convenient to be able to stay in the park. However, our nightâs stay was pretty awfulâdue to mice in our room. I spoke with another guest in the parking lot who also had a terrible night because of mice in their room. When I spoke to the front desk about it in the morning,, they werenât apologetic at allâsaid yea, every National Park property has mice, squirrels or raccoons. What?? You should warn your guests to leave all food in their cars then, and work on getting rid ot the mice! Itâs hard to beat the convenience ot staying in the park, but customers should know what theyâre getting into!
