The Space:

This property can accommodate up to 6 guests with 1 master bedroom (King sized bed) and a guest room with full sized bunk beds.

Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs and new appliances. Washer and dryer ready for your use.

There are two community pools right in front of the complex, which runs along 11th St.

Outdoor shower and grill are ready for your use!

The whole house besides owners closet.

Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart).



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. Winter Texan Rate: November - March 1 at $1,600 monthly plus fees.
