Popo Palms is a second-floor condo located in Island Retreat, just off of 11th St. This complex offers shared pools, boardwalks over the dunes to the beach, a laundry facility on the premises that is open during the day and closed at night, communal grills, picnic tables and a tennis court. This newly remodeled home is great for a family getaway or a fun weekend with friends. The living area holds a couch, two matching armchairs and a wall-mounted TV for gathering and watching movies. There is a corner area with chairs to curl up and read a book by the large window for those who need some downtime. The kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare meals with such as granite countertops, white appliances, both a pod and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. There is plenty of room for all to dine at the table with seating for six and four additional stools at the breakfast bar. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the Gulf views and ocean breeze. Kids will love stretching out to play, watching movies on the wall-mounted TV and sleeping in the bunk room (BR1) made up of a Twin over Full bunk bed and a single Queen bed, a nightstand, chest and a closet. The guest bedroom (BR2) contains a Queen bed, nightstands and closet. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom appointed with a double vanity and a tiled tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR3) contains a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest and a wall-mounted TV. The second bathroom sits at the end of the hallway complete with a vanity and a tiled shower with a sliding glass door enclosure. Take advantage of the boardwalk to the beach over the dunes which is just steps away from the unit or cool off after a day at the beach in the shared pool.
