This spacious first floor condo is perfect for a group of friends or family reunion. Walk into the kitchen with all white appliances, spacious counter tops stocked with everything needed to prepare meals such as dishes, basic pots pans and utensils. The island bar has three stools. Across the open space is the living room with a couch, coffee table, two accent arm chairs and wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is a dining table with seating for four with large windows looking out to the patio. Step out the door to the private patio just across the lawn from rolling dunes. The Gulf waves crash on the other side of the dunes, and you can smell the salty breeze. Enjoy your coffee or an evening chat with the seabirds and swaying dune grasses. Back inside, the sleeping areas accommodate up to eight people. The master bedroom (BR1) has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, closet, and TV. The large windows look out to the dunes. The hall bathroom has a tile tub/shower which is separate from the vanity. The next bedroom (BR2) has two Twin beds with green tropical bedding, closet and a large window. The final bedroom (BR3) has two Full beds, closet and chest. The second bathroom full bathroom is at the end of the hallway with a large vanity, tile tub/shower and window for great natural light while getting ready. Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 boardwalks to the beach and 2 pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
