Paradise on water est un condo en front de mer de 2 chambres Ă  coucher / 2 salles de bain / garage 1 voiture situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage de Puente Vista. Cette propriĂ©tĂ© est dans un emplacement unique qui vous donne une vue magnifique sur la Laguna Madre ainsi qu'un accĂšs facile (en bateau) Ă  la voie navigable Intracoastal et au golfe du Mexique via le canal Packery. Vous serez Ă©galement Ă  quelques minutes en voiture d'attractions locales comme le parc d'Ă©tat de Mustang Island, le littoral national de Padre Island, l'USS Lexington, l'aquarium d'État du Texas et bien plus encore!
Le complexe propose également une superbe piscine pour profiter du soleil et un club house disponible pour les réservations (se renseigner pour plus de détails). Les barbecues Bar-b-q et les cales de bateau sont disponibles sur la base du premier arrivé, premier utilisé.

INTÉRIEUR
Le condo offre 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et un canapé-lit queen size pour accueillir facilement 6 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée pour que vous puissiez préparer le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dßner, puis prendre votre repas à l'intérieur ou profiter du grand air et de la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse donnant sur la Laguna Madre.
La chambre principale a le lit king et son propre balcon privĂ© donnant sur l'eau ainsi qu'une salle de bain privĂ©e. La chambre d'amis est juste au bout du couloir et a le lit queen size. Le garage au niveau du sol est disponible pour stocker des kayaks, des engins de pĂȘche ou tout ce que vous ne voulez pas transporter Ă  l'Ă©tage.
Des laveuses et des sécheuses sont disponibles au complexe de blanchisserie.

Location was perfect to visit our son stationed at the base in Corpus Christi. Everything was in good condition. We especially enjoyed watching the activity out on the water from the living room. We would stay here again.

The condo was in a great location for those whom love to fish. The condo was clean and had what we needed. The beds were amazing and so comfortable! Felt like sleeping on a cloud. I would love to stay there again with the recommendations of things needing to fixed. 1.) The front door lock needs to be fixed. Getting into the condo was fine, but the hardware was loose and the screws did infer with us closing at times. We did contact owner and offered to send maintenance out but we managed pushing the screw back in (looked like it was previously broken) Once you were inside I did feel safe knowing we could lock the deadbolt. 2.)The bathroom where the full size bed is, never received hot water! At all
warm never hot. 3.) The sheets/comforter/shower curtains did smell clean but definitely feels like it’s time to buy new ones
they were suppose to be white but were not. 4.) the kitchen light flickers. 5.) the fridge was very clean but has a fishy smell to it. Overall, everything else was good. We definitely would stay again. Thank you.

We had a great stay. Property was clean. Fully furnished kitchen. Was able to park our boat on the water overnight at the dock to the rear of the condo. Space was available in the front parking area to park the boat trailer. Food and beach close by. Enjoyed the location. Will stay again

Great Location and Condo

We have stayed in this complex at 2 other condos and this one is one of the best. It's smaller than the pictures make it look but very well appointed. For just the 2 of us it was perfect. The place had everything you could need. It was pretty clean on arrival, some crumbs on the floor but nothing big. We had an issue with getting on the wifi the first night and the Padre Escapes management group was excellent in helping us and we were able to get on it the next morning. The TVs and wifi were excellent. My husband fished off the dock and it was great. The pool area was nice too. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to smaller groups.

Condo was nice. Few food crumbs under the sofas. 2nd bedroom was super hot due door leading to the washer n dryer having a vent thus all the hot air going into the room. Garage was a huge plus! Helped with storing all our beach equipment.

Much more than expected

Wow! This condo was amazing. Cool clean and updated. All the appliances and TV’s were new and very nice. This was by far the nicest we’ve stayed in on this property. Thank you ! Lots of dishes, bags, cleaning agents for clothes and dishes.

Great Condo!

Perfect size for a family of 4. Plenty of room for everyone inside and on the multiple balconies. Minutes from the beach for sun and fun during the day. We did have a phone call for the pool code that went unreturned from the property management group, but were able to access through other guests without issue. Overall a great vacation unit that we would use again!

Great stay for weekend beach trip

Condo on Padre Island

Property was everything as advertised., clean, modern, comfortable and decorated nicely. Second floor patio/ Balcony overlooking a bay with beautiful sunset views. Use of the garage was an added bonus. Property Manager was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend renting this unit.

Quick trip

Overall the house was great and in a good location. My only complaint is it would be nice for the deck to blown off before checking in. There was a large amount of debris from the tree that looks as if it’s been building up for awhile. It’s not that big of a deal but we tracked it in the house every time we came in.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The views were great and proximity to everything was good. The only suggestions we would make are upgrading the mattresses(we went and purchased foam toppers for the week), installing ceiling fans to keep it cooler, and an outdoor shower to keep from bringing so much sand in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great experience. Pictures were accurate and balcony was fantastic! Had fun watching mullet fish jump, kayakers fishing and people watching. We had 2 minor issues with plumbing but staff were pleasant and quick to respond.

Cute place on the water, with some “buts”

Cute and clean. This was our first vacation to the area and we didn’t realize it was 30 mins to Port A, so just beware if that’s where you plan to spend a lot of time. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, three balconies and being on the water. We had someone park in our spot during our stay, and when I messaged via VRBO they replied asking take a photo and send it to them. I didn’t receive the reply til I was already in bed and since they offered zero additional guidance I just went to sleep. The next day they were calling harassing me in the morning asking why I parked somewhere other than our assigned spot, as if this entire conversation had not taken place the night before. They should’ve offered guidance in their reply. We had no idea what alternate parking would be acceptable. Our condo code stopped working hours before checkout and it made it almost impossible for us to get packed up with kids involved. My husband called and requested a late check-out and was denied. I found out later he had not explained the situation, but when I called and explained, they only offered us 20 extra minutes after being locked out for two hours. Ridiculous.

Nice and simple condo with a great location

If you're going to Corpus/Padre, this place is on the better side of the bridge to stay at. It makes a big difference when it's a 5 min drive to hit the sand than say 25ish if you stay at one of the Marriott properties. Our family of 4 fit perfectly and had plenty of space to relax. Having three balconies was a nice touch too. Highly recommend.

JFK BRIDGE VIEW

This is my 2nd stay at this property - not the same unit. We love the location, balcony, view, and amenities. The appliances are very nice. However, this particular unit 212, not the one we stayed in previously, could use a few little upgrades. The beds are worn as are the couches. Both couches and both beds are a little sad. The unit was thoroughly cleaned but the crew missed the balcony. Chairs the should have been returned to the other balconys weren't returned by the previous renters and housekeeping missed it. There was also trash left on the balcony. I moved the chairs back to their original locations. I love Padre Escapes and look forward to other stays, booking directly rather than through VRBO. The items I mentioned are not detrimental and easily rectified. Thank you for providing the rental service.
